Killer litter!?!

Almost didn't make it home from dinner tonight thanks to an inconsiderate, brainless murderer-wannabe whom I suppose did not have a rubbish bin at home! >< Was cutting across the parking lot behind the 802 kopitiam when something landed on the root of a tree with a THUD!?! That was like ONLY 5 meters behind me lor!?! Not exactly sure what the plastic bag contained but whatever it was, judging by the sound caused when it landed, I'm pretty sure it would have left anyone bloodied or worse still, dead. ON THE SPOT.

By God's grace, I was out of the killing radius. Escaped possible death by 2 secs!!! Otherwise, I'm pretty sure you'd be visiting me in one of the hospitals or attending my wake instead of reading this post right now. That inconsiderate and selfish numbskull had better stop doing what he just did or he'll get someone killed sooner or later.

What if I had died tonight? hmmm.......

Just had dinner not long ago. Reached home at abt 8.30 just now and knocked out for a good couple of hours. Head's feeling kinda heavy right now....

Was pretty upset at work this morning. Well, i'm sure you would too if you were me.
Stupid AS. Next time get your facts right first before pointing your fingers at anyone and making those 不动听的 comments . If i gave you the WRONG numbers, I'd gladly accept my mistake and apologise. But not this time! I'm damn sure that I gave you the CORRECT set of figures, both hard copy and soft copy. Triple-checked! Not sure where the prob lies: your eyes or your email??

Good thing is I cc-ed YM and ML in the same email. At least got "cover ca-cherng" (if you watched Just Follow Law you'd know what I'm talkng abt) *lol*

chatty mood

My throat's feeling a bit dry now. Must be due to excessive talking today. Am I in a chatty mood or what? lol...

Duh, wkend always goes by in a flash. Back to work tomorrow. And Mei already told us last Friday that this week will be a busy one. So mentally preparing myself for war tomorrow. (o.O) But whatever it is, I hope that work doesn't deprive me of lunch time again tomorrow. Last week my gang went Sheng Shiong and I couldn't join them cos of last minute stuff lah! end up my dept ordered KFC. -.- Dun enjoy plus higher chance of growing fatter. -.-"

Of the 9hrs (actually more than that lah, since I work OT almost everyday) I spend in office, I treasure lunch time most. Cos that's when I can really relax, have a good laugh and destress abit. Speaking of lunch kakis, here's a pic of our gang taken during our last D&D in Dec06: (clockwise from left): Ah Guan, Shawn, Peter, Me, Isaac, Nana and Rachel. Well things have changed quite a fair bit since then. Nana left us in March for a new job and Rachel is no longer carrying that big tummy around more ^^ And latest news is that our Mr Investment Consultant is gonna terminate his membership in June too. But ppl come and go at work. Thats the way it is. One day my turn will come too. :)

Improvement

For the 2nd week running, I managed to psycho myself to go play badminton with Rev Chua and co. *clap clap* lol..And this time round, I can feel that my body doesn't ache as much as compared to last week. Hehe...got improvement! Must force myself to go regularly while my schedule still permits.

Just had my leave approved for the coming Tanjong Puteri trip today! Like what ZL said, its been a long time since I've been able to go for church camps from the onstart. Must thank God and prepare myself well for this coming camp. Might not have the chance end of this year due to hectic exam timetable.

Came back from badminton just now and saw 3 bills on my desk. M1 was one of them. Got phobia seeing M1 bill, probably due to the monster of a bill ($600.19 to be exact) last month for my Taiwan trip. But phew! Was relieved to see that this month's usage only $57.30. Got improvement! :)

Yes! Tomorrow is Friday! or should I say its already Friday *grin*

Emotionally charged

Feeling kinda emotional lately, especially towards 属灵stuff. Its a good thing I suppose. 1st steps towards picking up ^^

Started off with last Sunday's special Mother's Day service with 张汉林传道and雷圣雄弟兄evangelising using oldies. To be honest, I was tearing for a good 10mins during the service, especially when they sang 世上只有妈妈好. How I wish my mum was there then. But too bad she wasn't able to make it due to some reasons. It was an emotional day for her as well, cos that day happened to be my grandmother's death anniversary. My mum has always been an emo person lah (guess that's where i prob got some of my genes from..lol). Maybe God feels it wasn't time yet.

Then there was the sharing by Rev Chua during our meeting just now. Also teared a bit. No particular reasons. Well maybe there is. Tears of appreciation. We were celebrating his birthday at the end of the meeting when he mentioned that 最让他骄傲的就是他的同工们.

当我们信了主后，我们就是个全时间的基督徒了。Amen!

ICT postponed

just changed blogskin. Yah yah, Liverpool again..boring I know. Couldn't find nice ones, so decided to use this. Anyway i like it lah, so that's what matters ^^

Received a call this afternoon from my unit chief clerk telling me that my ICT (originally scheduled for nxt monday) has been postponed to a much later date. She said alot of people applied for deferment so they had to reschedule this intake. Haiz, initially thought can get away from work for one week but now... -.-"

My poor Princess. soooo sick for the past couple of days. Viral fever, throat infection, blocked nose all attack together! And yet still have to complete her assignments and do all the reading up..not easy lor! 佩服佩服！jiayou and get plenty of rest ya. and please eat regularly, dun be like just now..whole day nv eat then have heavy dinner... -.- Take care hor! ^^

I need to sleep early. keep getting up late for work these couple of days..end up have to take cab alone to work... -.-

For the 2nd time in 3 seasons, Rafa's Red Army makes it to the Champions League Final. :) When Liverpool defeated AC Milan to lift the coveted European Cup for a historic 5th time in Istanbul 2005, they ousted Chelski in the Semi-Final. And they've done it again to the Blues this season. Always feels great putting one over the 'Special One' *LOL*
Well, if Milan beats Man Utd in the other SF tonight, it will be Istanbul 2005 all over again. Mouth-watering prospects. Hmmm... ^^
