Our new home!
Blk 269C Punggol Fields, #04-201. Yup, that's our new home!
Good thing about this BTO is that all the flats are premium units, meaning the flooring, cabling and basic fittings are all included! We even had the option to add a 'classy' looking door for $1,890 (LQ is more excited about the door than the unit itself :x). All in all the unit cost us $255,790. Its pretty costly for 4-rooms but most importantly we're so excited, happy and sooo hyped about our new property. Next thing to look forward will be the renovation plans in a couple of years time.
Went for our unit selection this morning at HDB Hub and by God's grace we were able to to secure a unit of our choice. Never really expect to get any 'decent' choice given the limited number of units left as of this morning. Really thank God for our new home (technically speaking it is still just a piece of land at this moment. everything will only be ready in 3 years time? or maybe sooner).
